our working partnership began seven years ago. We have combined our diverse backgrounds and experience to bring together ideas and skills which have their basis in psychology. Our work in both clinical and corporate settings has enabled us to create powerful tools for real change in people's lives. We have a combined thirty years of knowledge, skills and experience with individuals, groups and organisation's, we know how to listen to your needs and assist you to achieve the results you want. We have developed and implemented services and programs within the public, private and community sectors, both in metropolitan and regional areas.

I have worked in both government and community organisation's as a manager, team leader, educator and counsellor. I have extensive knowledge and experience in facilitating personal change. I use a dynamic and innovative approach to bring out the best in individuals and groups. The diversity of my work has enabled me to use my psychology background to more effectively co-ordinate, manage and lead personnel within the public and private sector including diverse customer service organisation's such as banking, retail and hospitality.

I have extensive experience working with people to create lasting behaviour change. My Masters degree in Clinical Psychology has assisted me to recognise the core reasons individuals and teams may be experiencing difficulties, and to provide clear strategies to assist them to get where they want to be. I have established successful collaborative working partnerships between government and non-government agencies by promoting individual strengths and diversity. I have lectured at university in motivation, communication and behaviour change. With a proven theoretical and practical method I enable people to achieve the success and results that they want.
